Sage Against the Machine
Decolonization, Assimilation, Acculturation, Adulteration
Native people. Indigenous. Onkweonwe, the original people of this continent.
We have a bright future ahead of us, as we clamber out of the rubble of history and into our bright new future. We build that future now, the choices we make today will carry forward, and maybe even determine if our communities in our cultures survive, thrive, or wither way into nothing.
Sage Against the Machine, a podcast dedicated to ideas, philosophy, criticism, conjecture, and discussion towards the future of Akwesasne, of Haudenosaunee, and the larger Indigenous world.
Niche as hell? Absolutely. However, we share many of the same challenges, in all peoples might be able to glean a nugget of truth, or an ember of an idea that will spread into a flame.
Your hosts, Isaac and Joshua begin this discussion In Aboriginal Outlaws Studios.

The Aboriginal Outlaws Present: Mister Fantastic
Saturday Feb 18, 2023
Saturday Feb 18, 2023
Weather is always unpredictable in the great north country but a ray of sunshine always seems to follow this weeks guest.
We welcome back Abraham Francis with open arms and ears and we really let him make it his own show.
For once the foul mouthed Mohawks of Akwesasne listen and visualize beautifully told stories of sexual exploration, dreams of the future, finding your own identity and carving your own name into the tree of history.
The ideas and vision of this well rounded and intelligent being of a man will hopefully make our homeland thrive and maybe even lead our people down a road of fruition and action.
Abe’s words can inspire the minds of future scholars and doctors and maybe even honest politicians to make better choices and grasp a better understanding of the human experience and the conditions and barriers we can cross.
The world is a brighter place with a man like Abe in it and hopefully the right people hear his words of wisdom and dare to create and explore and educate.
We’re proud to call him friend and proud to present this episode. Enjoy!

The Aboriginal Outlaws Present: Skater Die
Thursday Feb 09, 2023
Thursday Feb 09, 2023
From the carnie strewn streets of Tampa, to the frozen tundra of Akwesasne, we have a cool chat with a cool cat, the most expensive human being we have ever met slid into AO studios and took us on a journey through his adventure called Life.
His name is Jake and he skates. His body is brought to you by the finest medicine the world has ever known, a walking six million (hundred thousand) dollar man, stitched together by science.
Jake, a man of action, skateboarder, surfer, radio personality, Akwesasne's own Steve O, sits down and has a chat with the Outlaws. He talks boards, broads, and bandaids, and we drop an avalanche of laughs. Jake is also an entrepreneur, and we talk about his love of painting skate decks as well as his role in Akwesasne's Skatepark.
We're the Aboriginal Outlaws and we float like butterflies and sting like bees, come get buzzed.

Zoom zoom zoom, this episode is made possible by ZOOM! We're the Aboriginal Outlaws, your zoomiest, zaniest, indigenousest of the podcasts on Mother Earth.
We've got a very special gift to share with all the world, and that's our guest: Jacqueline Buffalo, coming all the way from Alberta into our studio, to share her journey, her passion, and her glorious smile with The Aboriginal Outlaw cult, err, family.
Jacqueline joins us today to share her journey into indigenous modeling, community healing, and the rising movement to shine like indigenous diamonds, building a glorious future for all of The Original People.
We had a great chat, our video is a bit wonky, we had to take to the laptop to make this happen, but we persevered, and through our courage, and tenacity, we have another fine episode to share with all of you.
We're the Aboriginal Outlaws, the big mouthed vanguard of the revolution.
